Unused items may be returned no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it. 

Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund for the cost of the item (minus shipping) will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Please note: Your refund may take up to 10-14 business days to be processed. 

If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos along with your full name and order number to hello@selflovetonic.com. Once inspected and approved, you will be sent a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
