Rather than getting down about how many days you may have missed, you’ll be encouraged to focus on the pages you've completed. We believe that each page represents a step forward toward stepping into your higher self and that deserves to be celebrated. 

This journal is not about perfection.

There's a reason that professional athletes preach the importance of repetition and continuing to cultivate the basics at every level.  Simplicity and repetition are powerful tools in making positive changes and the same is true of the prompts in this journal.
