Self Love Tonic was born from my own journey through anxiety, depression, and struggles with self-worth. As a former clinical social worker, I spent years helping others heal while neglecting my own needs behind the scenes. After hitting rock bottom in 2019 with nothing more than a carry-on suitcase and $500 to my name, I learned that healing is less about arriving somewhere and more about being patient with yourself while finding moments of peace in the in-between. I created this space to help anyone walking a similar path do just that through gentle tools, soulful wisdom, and honest reflections delivered with intention.
